Our Process

1. Order Received

Once we receive your order, we will dispatch a fingerprint mould kit within 3 working days.

2. Taking the Moulds

Using the instructions provided, you will take three usable fingerprint moulds. Please return these to us in the plastic pots provided along with a completed engraving form, using a padded envelope for safe delivery.

3. Creating Your Jewellery

Once we receive your moulds, we will begin crafting your custom jewellery. Your finished piece will be dispatched within 2 weeks.

4. Unusable Moulds

If the moulds you send are not usable, we will notify you and send a replacement kit. Please note, an additional charge will apply for the new kit.
